GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These general terms and conditions govern the methods and conditions of participation in the stays called “AS Roma Camp” organized by Pozzi Conseils Sarl – 1246 Corsier, and promoted within the initiatives of AS Roma. These general conditions form an integral and substantial part of every registration.

1.0 Definitions – AS Roma Camp

Football courses promoted within the initiatives of AS Roma and aimed at children aged between 5 and 16. Each camp includes the presence of a coach approved by AS Roma, who will coordinate the technical-sport activities and the team of qualified instructors.

Participant: the boy/girl, aged between 5 and 16, who participates in the AS Roma Camp. Authorization and express signature of the person exercising parental authority (parents, guardian, or equivalent) are required (see registration form).

2.0 Services to which the participant is entitled

AS Roma Camp Day Camp formula – The fee includes: training using the AS Roma methodology, lunch from Monday to Friday, a technical-sport clothing kit, and accident insurance.

3.0 Dates and possible changes

The organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the camp in case of force majeure, or if the minimum number of participants required is not reached, with the sole obligation to refund the amounts paid and expressly excluding any other compensation. Requested stay dates will be respected as far as possible, and the organizer will confirm the exact dates together with the registration confirmation. Any request to change weekly shifts will be accommodated according to availability, but such a request, to be communicated in writing at least 30 days before the start, does not automatically entitle the participant to a change.

4.0 Health certifications

To participate in the AS Roma Camp, it is necessary to complete the digital registration form in all its parts, confirming the participant’s sound and robust health and their fitness for sports activities for the entire duration of the Camp.

4.A Submission of medical certificate

It will be necessary to send a copy of a valid sports medical certificate covering the last day of the AS Roma Camp.

5.0 Disclaimer of liability

The organizer is expressly exempt from liability for any damage resulting from actions solely attributable to the participant (including, by way of example but not limited to, autonomous and unauthorized initiatives undertaken by the participant during the stay), or from circumstances unrelated to the provision of the services offered (such as transportation to and from the chosen location), from acts of God, force majeure, or circumstances that the organizer could not reasonably foresee or resolve according to professional diligence. Compensation for damage to property is expressly excluded. In any case, any compensation owed by the organizer for personal injury cannot exceed the indemnity provided in the insurance policy referred to in the previous point.

6.0 Withdrawal

The participant always has the right to withdraw from the contract before the start of the stay, by sending a communication (registered letter). Withdrawal takes effect from the moment the communication is received by Pozzi Conseils Sarl – 1246 Corsier. If the withdrawal notice is received at least 30 days before the chosen week, the participant is entitled to a refund of the amount paid, except for administrative fees (€50) and any insurance cancellation. After this period, the organization reserves the right to apply a 50% deduction to partially cover the costs incurred. Once the Camp has started, the fee already paid will not be refunded.

7.0 Competent court

For any dispute between the organizer and the participant regarding the interpretation, execution, and/or termination of this agreement, the exclusive jurisdiction will be the court of Milan. For anything not expressly provided in these conditions, reference is made to the Civil Code.

Processing of personal data for organizational purposes

I acknowledge that my/ my child’s personal data will be processed, manually and/or automatically, by the AS Roma Camp manager as indicated above. The essential and indispensable data for this purpose are my child’s full name, date of birth, complete address, as well as my name, surname, and phone number. Failure to provide the remaining data on the form does not prevent the registration procedure.

The data controller is Mr. Stefano Pozzi domiciled at the manager’s address. I acknowledge that by contacting the aforementioned companies, I can learn the names of other data controllers. I also acknowledge that the rights of access to data under Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, including the right to obtain updating, modification, and deletion of my data and that of my child, or the right to object to processing, can be exercised with the data controllers.

My personal data and that of my child may be communicated by the controllers and/or processors to third parties delegated by them to perform services related to the contract (e.g., couriers, accounting and billing companies, auditing, financial statement certification, etc.) who have signed a confidentiality agreement. I also consent that my/my child’s data be communicated by the controllers and/or processors to personnel responsible for operations of collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, and processing of the data.

Use of images

I grant and transfer, free of charge, to AS Roma Camp, the manager Pozzi Conseils Sarl, and their successors the right to use filmed or photographed images of me/my child in films or printed materials for informational or promotional purposes related to AS Roma Camp. I also authorize that such footage of my child may be used or distributed, without time limits and without restrictions, worldwide, via television, broadcast, cable, satellite, in any context, and by all means currently known or to be invented in the future (including the Internet and/or other networks or audiovisual media), provided that the rights to my child’s honor and reputation are respected.

This constitutes a right and not an obligation for you. I declare that neither I nor my child will have any claim against you and/or your successors, for any reason, regarding the use of the above footage, photographs, or the use of my child’s image, name, or voice.
